After Kotra Logistics acquired Transportbedrijf Van Maanen in 2006, the company extended its transport services to Italy. We transport all kinds of products throughout Italy. Most of the cargo consists of fish, meat, potatoes and vegetables, both fresh and frozen.
From the Netherlands to Italy
From all over the Netherlands, we transport the goods to Italy. They are often assembled in Urk and leave for their final destination, which could be anywhere in Italy. We ensure the delivery of the goods to their final destination. We leave for Italy four times a week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Many of our drivers speak Italian; the result is excellent and efficient communication. Not only do we transport goods to Italy, we regularly return with regional products such as wine, pizza, cheese, bread and Italian ice cream

Our drivers know the road like the back of their hand and provide excellent service and undivided attention to your transport.
Fast and efficient
Sometimes Kotra is compared to DHL. Whether it is fresh or frozen products, one box, a whole pallet or a full freight – it does not matter to us. We deliver your product all over Italy in our conditioned trucks. The trucks are equipped with bi-temp cooling, allowing fresh and frozen products to be transported together.
